I am trained in Active Birthing techniques, so you will also learn how to use these valuable skills to give you confidence in the positions you might adopt on the ‘birth day’ of your baby.

Each class is finished with time for tea and chat – so many of the women who come to classes end up making firm friends with other mummies-to-be, and often meet regularly years down the track!

Valuable Breathing exercises for pregnancy, birth and mothering (can be used for Caesarean Birth)
Pelvic Floor techniques
Relaxation with beautiful music, and some guided Hypnobirthing/Meditations
Meet other mums-to-be in a friendly environment
Tea and something sweet after relaxation
I am also trained to teach Yoga Dance/Dancing for Birth

WHEN: TUESDAYS 6.30pm to 7.50pm AND 8pm to 9pm
INVESTMENT: CLASSES ARE £15 A CLASS, OR £13 A CLASS WHEN YOU BOOK 5 CLASSES, USING THE CLASS PASS (£65)
WHAT TO EXPECT AT: The 6.30pm to 7.50pm Class –
- Suitable for ALL mummies-to-be, with key Antenatal info woven throughout the class.
- Learn valuable techniques & tools for birth, to lead you towards a positive birth.
- Practice safe Yoga postures to give you a really good stretch
- Meet other Mums-to-be – a cup of tea and something sweet is served after Relaxation

WHAT TO EXPECT AT: The 8pm to 9pm Class –
- Suitable for ALL. With a greater emphasis on giving you a whole body stretch that is safe for Pregnancy, and a lovely relaxation.
This class is equally as valuable as the earlier class on offer, however does not contain as much Antenatal info. However you are welcome to ask birth related questions during the class. I always tailor my teaching to the needs of my students.
If you cannot make it to these group classes, I offer Private Pregnancy Yoga classes
