Hi Nikki,

Just to let you know that baby Austin arrived last Wednesday morning weighing 7lb 4oz. I had to go with the induction in the end but just so pleased he arrived safely.

Ps thought you might like to know that even though I sometimes felt a little self conscious doing it in class, I actually used the vowel sounds to good effect while I was in labour!!
